Again and Again

Elif Öner&Evrim Kavcar, Again and Again, installation, velvet fabric (160 x 270 cm), DC motor, custom made mechanic metal arm, brush

The golden colored velvet hangs on the corner of the first room. A mechanism caresses the velvet repetitively, making sounds and leaving a trace. The act of leaving a trace through touch activates memories of childhood where one plays around with the texture of the velvet couches in living rooms.
